Earlier this week, HOPE founder, Dr. Mubina Agboatwalla, presided over a signing ceremony for renewal of HOPE's Mobile Health Unit contract with Asia Petroleum. Alhumdolillah HOPE has partnered with Asia Petroleum for 11 years now.
HOPE operates two Mobile Health Units which serve 30 villages on the outskirts of Karachi. Doctors from Karachi staff these Mobile Health on a rotational basis. The doctors set up “clinics” in the houses of community volunteers and treat the underserved population, mainly women and children. Medicines and treatments are provided free of charge.
