Just as Laylatul Qadr is the Best Night of the Year, the Day of ‘Arafah is the Best Day of the Entire Year.

✅ Here’s how to make the most of the Day of ‘Arafah:

🔹 Fast: Fasting on the Day of Arafat is a confirmed Sunnah for those not performing Hajj. “Fasting on the day of Arafah is an expiation for the preceding year and the following year.” [Muslim] 🚫

🔸 Make Dua: "There is no day on which Allah ﷻ frees people from the Fire more so than on the Day of ‘Arafah." (Muslim)🤲🏻

🔹 Give Charity: "The Believer's shade on the Day of Judgement will be his charity." (Al-Tirmidhi) ❤️‍🩹

🔸 Recite Zhikr: Recite Tasbeeh (SubhanAllah), Tahmeed (Alhumdolillah), Tahleel (La illaha illa-llah), Takbeer (Allahu Akbar), and SubhanAllahi wa bi hamdihi, SubhanAllahi-l ’adheem.📿

🔹 Read Quran: “Read the Qur’aan, for it will come on the Day of Resurrection interceding for its companions." (Muslim)📖

🔸 Revive a Sunnah - Perform an Extra Qurbani: Follow the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ who used to perform an extra sacrifice on behalf of his Ummah. 🐄🐐

🕋 During Hajj season, it is highly recommended to perform Qurbani for every member of your household who has reached the age of puberty.

💝 It is best to distribute the Qurbani meat as follows: 1/3 for yourself and your immediate family, 1/3 to family and friends, and 1/3 to the poor.
